tiptop’s long-term plans follow two strands: researching new applications through INFINITE Blueprint／不老の藍图, and exploring data and decision support through Compass AI. We share these plans to explain the questions we intend to work on next and how product research and information services can connect.
Starting new directions with specific use settings
Oral, renal, intimate-care, sublingual and scalp-related directions are all within our planning horizon. They involve different tissues, purposes and routes of use, each requiring its own product definition, research and market assessment.
For example, topical scalp use on intact skin involves different conditions from oral and sublingual transmucosal routes. We include these directions in our long-term blueprint while retaining separate research paths and building information project by project.
Our care-product plans also include Peptide Multi-Action Serum. This peptide serum is planned for future introduction and is not yet on sale. Product information will follow as development progresses.
Digital support starts with information sources
Compass AI is positioned as a hub for data and decision support. We want product advisors to organize information and answer use-related questions from sourced knowledge, clearly identify themselves as AI, and transfer matters to a person when needed.
A company-level digital entry point for Japan is also being planned. It would route questions by brand and intent, retain knowledge sources and connect each enquiry with the appropriate handling process. Technical information, product instructions and use-related questions each need an accountable destination; this is our starting point for the design.
Product knowledge changes as formulations, instructions and research versions change. Digital support must update accordingly, tying answers to a specific product and current information, with questions beyond the available material referred to a person.
INFINITE Blueprint and Compass AI are both forward-looking plans. We will report actual research, product and functionality progress by project, translating long-term directions into defined work step by step.
